Bluebeard (BLU-RAY 4K ULTRA HD + BLU-RAY)

Richard Burton (Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?) stars in this fantastic tale with some of the most beautiful women in cinematic history, including Raquel Welch (One Million Years B.C.), Virna Lisi (The Black Tulip) and Nathalie Delon (When Eight Bells Toll). Burton plays Baron von Sepper, a European aristocrat noted for his blue-toned beard, and his appetite for gorgeous wives. One day, his latest spouse, an American beauty named Anne (Joey Heatherton), discovers a secret vault in his castle containing the carefully preserved bodies of six very attractive, very frozen women. It is then that the Baron recounts to Anne the horrid and bizarre details of his past. Marilù Tolo, Karin Schubert, Sybil Danning and Agostina Belli also star in this audacious, flesh-filled take on the Bluebeard myth, written and directed by master-of-noir Edward Dmytryk (Crossfire, Mirage).
