At Bill Gartley’s Blue Ribbon Laundry, the closest thing to blood is a wine-stained shirt, but Bill’s niece, Sherry, cuts herself on an old steam press, and an unholy taste for human flesh is awakened in the machine. After an employee of the laundry is killed in what appears to be a freak accident, Detective John Hunton begins to investigate.
