Candy Stripers (BLU-RAY)

At City Hospital, the traditional therapeutic ethos of the "laying on of hands" is in no danger of disappearing. The lovely young candy stripers Pam, Sharon, and Cindy labor to ensure every patient receives specialized and highly personal treatment, always delivered with the most detailed bedside manner. Their eager allegiance to the hippocratic oath doesn't stop with just the patients: the entire hospital staff benefits from their tender loving care. As much as these providers of extra-sensual healthcare enjoy their work, it's regularly at risk of being spoiled by the pesky and uptight Sarge, their staff coordinator. Since it's Sharon's last day on the job, the entire hospital staff has organized a big farewell bash, which promises to be a real ball -- that is, unless Sarge spoils the fun. One of famed director Bob Chinn's (Hot & Saucy Pizza Girls) most popular and successful erotic films, CANDY STRIPERS is a scorching, non-stop bombardment of outrageous carnality and brisk comedy. Starring Amber Hunt (Cry For Cindy) in the most notorious performance of her career, along with Sharon Thorpe (SexWorld), Cris Cassidy (Sadie), Nancy Hoffman (Dracula Sucks), Paul Thomas (Autobiography of a Flea), Joey Silvera (Femmes DeSade), and Richard Pacheco (High School Memories) in his screen debut, it also boasts a rollicking score written and performed for the film. Quality X is eager to wheel out this oft-censored curative classic, entirely uncut and newly restored in 4K from its original 35mm camera negative, complete with extensive new interviews with Chinn and Pacheco.
